Using advanced infrared technology, we precisely located all leak sources throughout the 2,500 square foot roof. This non-invasive method allowed us to identify even hidden moisture pockets within the roofing structure. We then applied high-performance polyurethane sealants to effectively close these vulnerabilities. Upon inspection, we discovered that poor drainage was a major contributor to the roof’s problems. We identified and cleared blocked drains, removing years of accumulated debris.
