The customer service at 12 Roofing was amazing. I needed them the same day and they really went above and beyond to come the same day and did the work the next day. Most of these companies didn’t answer my calls, or were too busy to show up. Lucky I found them because they actually did great work and the leak went away. Definitely thank them for a job well done. 5 stars all the way to 12 Roofing guys!
We called 12 Roofing and several other roofers in Burbank but we chose them because they were extremely fast to respond, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly, professional, experienced and when we had a few issues, they quickly responded and made sure we were taken care of fairly, and in a timely manner. Our roof now looks fantastic. They really are true to their word and do stand by their customers!
